Universal Shoe Carriage
The Universal Shoe Carriage is the latest carriage designed
to support the all-purpose Minimount. The carriage consists
of an arm that fits to all camera shoe fittings at one end
and bolts directly to the Minimount at the other end, via
the .5" (12mm) spaced mounting.
The fittings at each end of the arm are locking swivels and
the distance between them has been set at 2.25 inches. This
design arrangement allows the arm to position the mount normally
2.25 to the right of the camera shoe, but also allows the
microphone mount to move forward and backward relatively.
The microphone can be held centrally in line with the camera
axis or even out to the left side of the camera.
1" & 2" Risers
Can be used with 1" & 2" Risers to hold Minimount
away from the camera lens
